Mr. Bartlett focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use and development law, and corporate law. He represents clients in all facets of real estate transactions as lender’s, buyer’s, and seller’s counsel and regularly assists in contract negotiation. Mr. Bartlett also represents land developers and has successfully argued several large land use projects in St. Johns, Duval, Nassau, and Flagler County.
Mr. Bartlett’s practice has also included estate planning in St. Johns County and general civil litigation in the past, while also cultivating his own land development business for the last 30 years, where he has personally developed commercial office parks, shopping centers, and residential communities. Mr. Bartlett has also been privileged to serve as General Counsel for the Jacksonville Apartment Association, General Counsel of the Ponte Vedra Board of Realtors, and Board Attorney for the Ethics Committee of the Ponte Vedra Board of Realtors. He was also appointed to the St. Johns County Aquatic Preserve Community.
